By submitting a listing, purchasing a plan, or claiming a listing on Play After 5, you agree to the terms below.
Subscriptions and Renewal
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancellation timing.
No Refund Policy
All payments are final. No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for subscription charges, unused time, partial billing periods, downgrades, cancellations, listing removals for policy violations, or changes in traffic, leads, rankings, or business performance.
Listing Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit is accurate, up-to-date, lawful, and not misleading. This includes contact details, website links, addresses, pricing, descriptions, images, and any claims made in your listing.
No Guarantee of Results
Play After 5 does not guarantee leads, inquiries, traffic, rankings, search visibility, conversions, sales, or business outcomes of any kind.
Content and Conduct
Misleading, abusive, false, deceptive, unlawful, or inappropriate listings may be rejected, edited, suspended, or removed at our discretion. We may also suspend access where needed to protect the platform or users.
Pricing and Features
Pricing, plan limits, included features, and platform functionality may change over time. Where applicable, changes will be communicated with notice before they apply to future billing or plan changes.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Chargebacks, payment reversals, or abusive payment disputes may result in suspension or removal of your listing, account restrictions, or permanent loss of access to paid features.
Cancellation and Downgrades
You may cancel according to your billing settings, but cancellations and downgrades do not create a refund right for past or current billing periods. Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on how they are configured.
